The open plan living/dining area is perfect for socialising through the day and you can cosy up on the sofa in front of the charming fire come evening. For some 'me time' the conservatory is a pleasant little escape for sitting back in the peace and quiet and admiring the views over the river. The twin and king-size bedroom are a beautiful place to settle down for the night and the family wet room is complete to a high standard.

Oil underfloor heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, and power included. Bed linen and towels included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Only well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on river next to farm, at additional cost (please bring own equipment). Note: Due to river next to farm, children to be supervised.
